To achieve this improved well-being for all, We the people <\/em>of planet earth must also find a way to partner with each of our governments.\u00a0 This partnership would work\u00a0to provide a more nurturing and developmental support system for human growth and potential. \u00a0Not a system that becomes\u00a0overly dependent on the funding of government and excludes private enterprise. \u00a0However a\u00a0partnership\u00a0that develops the model and then helps to role out\u00a0the system with the\u00a0type of support to be offered. \u00a0All support services provided to humanity would be\u00a0freely accessible and affordable. \u00a0<\/em>This system of support\u00a0with the services offered would have a transitional and transformational objective. \u00a0Therefore this type of objective would work on creating a social environment\u00a0where the\u00a0people overall will learn how to come up with ways to help themselves.
